- We would love to host you but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds. Our standard check-in time is 12 noon.
- Within 24 hours of Arrival Date/ No Show - No Refund
- 24-48 hours prior to Arrival - 50% Retention of the total package cost.
- 48-72 hours more - 25% Retention of the total package cost.
- 72 hours or more - No deductions would be levied
- No refunds shall be made for short stay, no show, and unused facilities or for any service not provided due to any reason beyond our control.
- In case you decide to cancel a booking after check-in time or do not show up at the hotel, charges for the first two nights or the complete booking amount, whichever is lower, shall be deducted.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking please contact the Manager on Duty or Front Office
at +91-9953100002 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your booking . The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 4 working days. However, it may take additional 3-14 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the processing time taken by your bank.
